Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Cozy Dream purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
(UK law entitles you to a minimum 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — we offer 30 days for your peace of mind.)

CONDITION OF RETURNS
Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- In a resaleable condition, with all tags/labels attached
- For hygiene reasons, pillows, duvets, and mattress protectors must be unopened/unsealed to be eligible for return

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at [cozydream66@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions and the return address
3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping costs
- If you've simply changed your mind: return shipping is at your own cost, unless otherwise stated

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or variant instead? Contact [cozydream55@gmail.com] and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at [cozydream66@gmail.com]. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used, washed, or had hygiene seals removed (unless faulty)

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched. Email [cozydream66@gmail.com] with your order number to request cancellation.
